Mediation Services
Mediation can be used at any time! It is wise for parties to not wait until their differences have escalated into a dispute before engaging in mediation.
We recommend that businesses include a voluntary mediation clause in their policies and advocate for informal mediation to discuss differences before they escalate.
We offer clients the option of face-to-face and online mediation, to suit the needs of the individuals.
